Join a free webinar hosted by the National Child and Family Hubs Network to explore the ‘glue’.
When local services and supports work together, in an effective and integrated way, families are more likely to get the care they need, when they need it. Connections among services and supports, and opportunities for families to build strong social connections, don’t happen by chance, they need time, effort and sufficient resources.
‘Glue’ describes the leadership, coordination and relationships required to ensure Child and Family Hubs can deliver high-quality, joined-up care for children and their families. While the glue is vital, its elements are vastly underfunded. For Child and Family Hubs to reach their full potential, dedicated and sustainable funding for the glue is essential.
This webinar will explore:
- the importance of the glue
- the three elements of the glue
- examples of the glue in action.
Register now to join the webinar on Tuesday 3 June at 12:30pm.
