Thriving Queensland Kids Partnership is a member or supporter of the following alliances and campaigns led by other organisations.
An alliance of organisations, brought together by The Parenthood, calling on governments to ensure every single child has access to early childhood education and care, no matter where they live.
An annual campaign in October, supporting the Australian community to have an increased understanding of poverty and to take action collectively to end it.
A network of organisations committed to promoting education and awareness of children’s rights (also known as Children’s Rights Queensland).
A campaign calling on the Federal Government to legislate an end to child poverty and make children a priority in Australia.
Feeding Queensland Kids
A partnership to achieve food equity by working with communities in Gununa/Mornington Island, Ipswich, and Bundaberg regions to support solutions to food insecurity.
A gathering of leaders, thinkers, practitioners, artists, parents, caregivers, Elders and community leaders to discuss childhood in Australia and make big plans for the future of our kids.
A coalition advocating for children’s play and voice as a lasting legacy of the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
A peak bringing together members, the community sector, other peak bodies, government, business and the community, to help solve the big social issues facing Queensland.
A Committee supporting the delivery of Queensland Child Protection Week, which starts on the first Sunday of September each year.
