Webinar: Tuesday 3rd December

Hubs are an important way of building connections and capabilities and providing integrated services for children, young people and families. They operate in a wide range of settings, and aim to build individual and collective wellbeing through seamless access to holistic, high-quality support. They can also help fill the gaps and rubs between systems and services, and enable families to navigate and negotiate for what they need.

We are thrilled to be participating in an upcoming webinar hosted by our auspice ARACY together with the National Child and Family Hubs which is hosted by Centre for Community Child Health at Murdoch Children’s Research Institute (MCRI).

The webinar will include the launch of the Child and Family Hubs Framework. TQKP has led the distillation of research and practice wisdom to inform the Framework’s development, made possible thanks to the generous support of The Bryan Foundation and with input from a wide range of stakeholders from across Queensland and beyond.

We can’t wait to share it with current and emerging hubs and like integrated service models.

Please join us to hear more about this work, along with hub practitioner and family perspectives and how you can help amplify messaging about the potential of hubs to help children and families thrive.
