Thriving Queensland Kids Partnership Management Board

We’re looking for a passionate leader to help shape the future for Queensland’s children and young people.

The Thriving Queensland Kids Partnership (TQKP) is a Qld-based systems-focused coalition and broker, hosted by ARACY, with a shared vision of every young Queenslander thriving. TQKP leads and facilitates collaborative systems initiatives to improve health, wellbeing, and development outcomes for young Queenslanders across the state.

TQKP’s Management Board provides strategic oversight and governance for the TQKP team. The Management Board is accountable to the Board of ARACY (Australian Research Alliance for Children and Youth).

Who should apply?

✅ Passionate about child and youth wellbeing, health and development

✅ Experience in philanthropy and/or public communication and stakeholder relations

✅ Strong governance, strategic thinking and communication skills

✅ Interested in innovative and collaborative approaches to systems-change

✅ Able to bring diverse perspectives and lived experience

Ideally you will be a Queensland resident.

What’s involved?

Board members attend regular bi-monthly meetings (in person or virtual) and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making. This is a voluntary position, and the term of appointment is for 3 years.
