Creating the conditions for children and young people to thrive takes people who are willing to learn together, strengthen relationships and support change from within their communities.

Applications are now open for the QKP Change Facilitator Learning Experience – a fully funded learning journey that will bring together up to 50 Change Facilitators from across Queensland, including at least half aged under 30.

Part of QKP’s Enabling Stewards & Voices portfolio, the experience is designed for people who are committed to learning, collaborating and creating the conditions for children and young people to thrive.

We welcome applications and enquiries from people who are interested in strengthening their facilitation practice and who are:

– holding learning spaces

– mentoring or facilitating within community

– building local projects or connections

– supporting young people and families

– exploring new ways of imagining healthier futures.

From September 2026 to March 2027, participants will join a diverse network of facilitators, educators, artists, organisers, community leaders and changemakers to learn with and from one another, strengthen their practice, and build lasting connections across Queensland.

Applications close 14 August 2026.
