This neuroscience-based presentation by Sheryl Batchelor, Founder and CEO of Yilyapinya Indigenous Corporation, was recorded in September 2021 as part of ARACY’s webinar series. Sheryl discusses the importance of understanding and improving your own Brain Health, and why this is crucial for supporting vulnerable children and young people. Examples of integration and implementation of Brain Health, Healing and Fitness programs for the workforce are discussed along with Indigenous community-led initiatives such as the Deadly Brains Program and the Deadly Brains Playgroup.
