In March 2026 the Queensland Places Network held a 2-day workshop, designed, facilitated and hosted by Logan Together to explore the current collaborative commissioning landscape, understand what is working well, where the barriers sit, and identify the opportunities that could be unlocked through a more joined-up effort.
The following resources share the outcomes of that workshop, and invites organisations to reflect on the action that we can all take to shift towards a more collaborative way of funding and commissioning, that better supports communities, families and children.

Action Plan (Collaborative Commissioning report - Appendix B)

Strategic overview of the two focused areas, the strategic actions, and the emerging implementation steps and responsibilities. It invites us to reflect ‘Where do my strengths, networks or influence best contribute to progressing the actions identified?’.
